Organisations exist for a purpose which is achieved by outputs in the form of services or products that result from agreements. These agreements can be either explicit in the form of a stated objective or implicit in terms of unclear expectations. Superior agreements are explicit and comprise outputs that are measurable, repeatable, traceable and verifiable.
